A new dawn, A new day.

Early in the morning, Dries and I went jogging along the seaside. After our sportive morning, we went to join up with the others at the headquarters of IBD Partnership. Where we got informed about all the differences between our countries and the details about our workplaces. And to top it off we all had lunch together after. When we had all enjoyed the delicious British food we were offered, a guide took us on an exploring trip across the whole island of Portsmouth by foot. It was a pretty rainy day, but that is to be expected of England of course. We first saw 2 war memorials of the first world war and the university of Portsmouth which is growing bigger each year. Then we walked on the dunes alongside the sea where we almost got blown into the water because of really strong winds. After the tour, we all went to a local pub to warm ourselves up. After one hour of chatting in the pub, we all returned to our host families, where Dries and I got to eat a really delicious hamburger that the homeowner prepared for us.
