The weekend has begun once again and as usual we like to plan a trip! For today we chose Brighton, a lovely beach town with many beautiful features. We were lucky to have chosen a wonderful day full of sun to go and explore the city.
When we are arrived most of us were quite hungry and because it was a warm day we went to get ice-cream and enjoyed while overlooking the old Brighton Pier and the sea.

Next we went to the new Brighton Pier! We were provided of some amazing views of Brighton's beaches. But Brighton Pier has more to offer than just some beautiful views. At the end of the pier there is a small amusement park with some nice attractions. We tried out one of the rollercoasters called Turbo.
By then it was lunch time. We found ourselves a nice pizzeria on the dyke so we could still see the burned down Pier.
After lunch we went sight-seeing. We went to the lanes which was quite disappointing as the only thing that you could see there were loads and loads of expensive jewellers and way too much people. We were all thirsty because of the hot weather so we grabbed something to drink and discussed what we wanted to see next.

We all agreed to visiting the Royal Pavilion which was really impressive! The architectural piece was very beautiful and for a second it felt like we were in some tropical country! We sad down in the garden next to the Pavilion and enjoyed the sun for a little while after taking back off to the dyke to look for some food.We all decided that Fish and Chips would be a great way to end our day at Brighton! Nearly nobody could finish their plate as we got a whole fish and loads of chips.
See you tomorrow!
